茶餐廳「物」「語」

港式食物是香港的特色之一，有些更是揚威海外的美食，而當中的茶餐廳食物則在港式食物裡具有絕對的代表性。我們對香港的茶餐廳文化充滿熱誠，更希望可以靠香港飲食推廣香港並吸引外國遊客。加上我們組三人都曾經做過有關香港飲食文化為主題的論文，因此我們決定選擇這個主題。

為了完成這個套件，我們走訪多間茶餐廳並進行訪問和試吃。我們在這個旅遊套件裏面放進了餐廳介紹、圖文描述、問卷調查、錄音、影片和關於香港飲食的小知識，讓你們可以找到好的茶餐廳以外，也學到關於香港飲食文化的知識。

Hong Kong-style traditional food is one of the characteristics of Hong Kong, some of which are very famous , and the 「Cha Chaan Teng」food is absolutely representative of Hong Kong-style food. We are passionate about the「Cha Chaan Teng」culture in Hong Kong, and we hope to promote Hong Kong and attract foreign tourists through Hong Kong food. In addition, all three of us in our group have done the project before on the theme of Hong Kong food culture, so we decided to choose this topic.

In order to finish this project, we have gone, interviewed and tried the food in several “Cha Chaan Tengs”.

We’ve put the restaurant introduction, the food introduction with photos, surveys, mp3, videos and some interesting trivia in the project. It helps you find the good restaurants and new knowledge about Hong Kong food culture at the same time.
